Silent scream

No one comes to the rescue of those with silent screams
The ones who try to do it all and prove their independence but when they fail they can't help but feel disheartened
Sometimes they blame others for not seeing their pain but it's so deep not even the apparent psychics can detect it 
The squeaky wheels and the ones who speak their mind get all the help love and attention but the silent screamer can only sit there and wait for the scraps 
The silence is deafening the tears want to come but they halt in front of others
Only thing the silent screamer can do is go into solitary there it will weep as long as it needs 
They will witness things that hurt them but will never admit that it does
Is it fear of social rejection, trauma or a neurological disorder
It can't tell and will never tell because it won't talk and nobody will listen 
Stunted height and stunted mental development. Excels in fields that not many want to tread
This silent screamer has so much pain and tries to hide it away afraid she will isolate her loved ones but she does that anyway 
Solitary laughs and crys her real emotions stay behind the door
Fearing even herself and her emotions and her sensitivity 
Seeing evidence of her emotional self mutilation and a ray of silent pain yet pine
The cobwebs in her youth she dusts vigorously though sometimes she misses a few
The recent turn of events had put new issues to light 
When an outspoken friends 
Tummy grew her heart slowly sank
3 months would have been between the infants but she's left with a missing line
Back to self damaging behaviours because of a void she never knew she had 
People pass on by and she feels like a fly on the wall
Though things are looking up silent screamer has her darker moments
Still she is controlling the things that derail her and is offering out a hand of help. Though careful that no self serving unempathic people minimise her pleas 
It's a long tough process and healing has started to begin
Hopefully in time this silent screamer will be soon to find her voice
